Refund policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
  • Intimate or sanitary goods.

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Select health and personal care items.

To process a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Refundable Items

No refunds is illegible in the following cases also

  • Customized items.
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider; it may take time for your refund to post.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at hello@larakaza.com and send the item to:
Lara Kaza – Hotspot – Swefieh Village.


Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, we will issue the refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.

Please note:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
  • Depending on your location, the time it takes for exchanged items to reach you may vary.
  • For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
